Who's Your Favorite Character On The "Around The World In A Day" Album Cover? I love this album.
I love the fact that Prince paid homage to The Human League and Phil Oakey with the guy dressed in black ( who's hair on one side is swept back, like Phil's). Almost every release post 1995 are all really bad, aren't they?!
Given the fact that Prince was not even 26 when he wrote them ….
I love this album. 2. Excellent mastering, and came in a poly/paper inner sleeve. There's a problem loading this menu right now. that puppy he gave 2 Jill Jones, I think she had it with her in Purple Rain (the scene right before they performed the song)?
The whimsically surreal and amazingly unique creations he paints have inspired artists from around the world.
I love the look on the little kid (seen in full HD (heh!) Reviewed in the United Kingdom on June 7, 2016. glory on 12" "America").

I was a big fan of the psychedelic pop/rock elements of the album when I first heard it, and I’ve been a fan of it ever since. Wonderful record - and the vinyl sounds fantastic, Reviewed in the United States on March 4, 2018. it amazes me how there is so much wisdom and humanity in the lyrics.
I feel that he was at his best when he combined funk and R&B with rock, resulting in red-hot tracks like "Kiss", "Sign O' The Times", "Gett Off" and "Cream". Some of the non single tracks are exceptional. I've always enjoyed the music from this album and was devastated when I realised it had got lost in our house move with several other Prince C.D's so getting all the lost C.D's replaced and a chance to listen to them all again. Of course 'RB,' 'PL' and to a lesser extent 'Paisley Park' are the most well-known songs from the album, 'Tamborine,' 'America' and the title track are fantastic songs as well.

And it’s profound and funky cover art for two of my all time favourite Prince tracks: Pop Life and The Ladder. Now have a flat quality album. You can hear that sort of 60s pop, Beatles feel in these songs.
That little baby is dead behind the eyes like a porn star. This is a wonderful grouping of songs by Prince, and I think he was heavily influenced by his new discovery - at the time - of music by the Beatles.
This Record has some weird freaky cool songs . It's worth getting this album for "Condition of the Heart" alone.
In the summer months of 1958, Prince, Madonna and Michael Jackson were born. First copy was warped and had a pressing defect that made it skip (side A track 3) - I changed supplier. Unable to add item to List. I wouldn't mind that on the wall.

Not many are that bold or confident to turn away from a global mega-success - it informed the world that here's an artist who wants to challenge, explore and if you love music - demands your attention.
